A Place to Find Yourself
"Who decides when a bloom is a flower and when it is a weed? For a child, the dandelion is as lovely as the daffodil, and more so, because within the dandelion seeds lie wishes, waiting for the breath of a dreamer to give them life."Â Rochelle Melander from the book " A Generous Presence"

Therapy and Co-Creation
Two Heads are Better Than One
Co-Creation
I will walk beside you never in front of you. This is your life, I'm just passing through.
My goal is to hear you. I am not above you in this process. As you walk down the path of healing my job is to provide you company and a different perspective with lightheartedness and understanding. We are a team. Teamwork makes the dream work!
Always The Root Never The Fruit
Masking the problem never helps, what is at the core of your struggles?
I believe that there is a root to every problem. Until we discover it, we are only masking the issues at hand. This type of therapy takes time to revisit the past while allowing you some talk therapy time to get everything off your mind and heart. We need to go deep to understand the shear depth.
Tailored to You
I'm driving but you are giving the directions, everyone has a different destination we need to arrive at together.
Everything here is a partnership. I am just giving you tools to utilize so that you can maximize your level of success. Everyone needs something different or is struggling with a different issue. This is all about you and your needs.
Playing with The Methods
Its important to never give up. Therapy is going to come with work, but we can make it playful. If something isn't working we explore other options.
There are endless ways in therapy to get the desired solution. Not all of them are going to work for you. Being honest about what is and isn't working is a must. Playing with the methods until we get it right is the most important thing you can do for yourself and for me. We will work with heavy topics so having a sense of adventure to try new things will take you a long way. If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.

Background About Me
How I Got Here
My interest in therapy started with a very traumatic upbringing. My mother struggled with bipolar depression and addiction. She was a vibrant and beautiful woman who struggled with her own traumas. The things in her life weighed heavily on her and I wanted so badly to be able to help her through it. I had hoped that following a path in therapy could one day help her with her own battles, but sadly I lost her in 2018, she was 48 years old. It was a loss that impacted me more than any other in my life.  I think everyone experiences something traumatic at some point in their lives that shapes them. I was kind of a wild card In my family, very in tune with the frequencies around me, skills honed due to unsteady environment I presume.
I started searching for something to connect with at a young age. Something that made more sense than the world around me. After I had rotated through religion I started looking more inward for spirit. I started studying Cognitive Behavior Therapy in 2016 and I spent 9 years studying meditation in Dallas Meditation center. I got my diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and now I'm on a path to my BA in psychology and writing a book. During all of this I have learned something so profound. We are not broken, only responding to the environment we are subjected to. Like the layers of a an onion we have built protection around our core. Maybe its time to unwrap it?
